Nothing a vendor pays for can move a ranking.
The site takes no affiliate revenue and sells no placement. Nothing a vendor pays for can affect a ranking or a recommendation.
The planner engine is deterministic and inspectable. Every plan shows its reasons and its caveats.
Freshness
How the data stays honest.
Every price and spec row carries a checked date and a source link.
CI fails the build when any date goes stale past 45 days or sits in the future. A weekly watcher compares our table against live OpenRouter rates and opens an issue on drift. Registry tests block duplicate entries and provider-name collisions.
Claims
Vendor-reported and measured.
Benchmark scores from a vendor's launch post are labeled vendor-reported and treated as claims pending verification.
Findings we publish come from our own harnesses with gold sets and independently verified graders. The findings section documents the method with each claim. Read the findings.

Who runs this.
Built and maintained by Riel St. Amand. One person, which is why the checking is automated. The site is a working prototype.
